What this covers

These terms govern your use of getrecoup.app — our marketing site, Loss Calculator, and waitlist. The Recoup product itself (payment recovery for Stripe businesses) is not yet generally available; when it launches, it will have its own terms of service, and nothing here obligates you to become a customer.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.
• A waitlist spot does not guarantee beta access or launch pricing, though founding offers (such as 40% off for life for the first 20 customers) will be honored in signup order for eligible waitlist members.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us or clicking unsubscribe.

The Loss Calculator

The calculator provides estimates based on published industry averages (documented on the page). It is not financial advice, and your actual failed-payment losses and recovery rates will vary. Don't make business decisions on the estimate alone — measure your own numbers.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no scraping the waitlist endpoints, submitting others' email addresses, attempting to disrupt the service, or using the site for anything unlawful.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability related to the site is limited to $100.
